T&Cs - Terms and Conditions
General
The following General Terms and Conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order, apply to the business relationship between the customer and Vinylhits (vinylhits.com).
Conclusion of Contract
The contract between the customer and Vinylhits (vinylhits.com) is concluded through a customer order. The customer's order is placed online by filling out the order form provided by vinylhits.com on the Internet. By placing the order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions (GTC).
All items are offered in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Shipping, Prices, Payment Terms
Shipping is generally done via Swiss Post. If delivery via a parcel service provider is desired, the buyer bears these additional costs.
The risk of a lost unregistered shipment is borne by the buyer.
In the event of a payment delay, Vinylhits is entitled to charge 5% default interest in addition to the reminder fees. Vinylhits reserves the right to block customers and, if necessary, take legal action.
When paying by credit card, the card will only be charged upon delivery of the goods. For partial deliveries, each shipment will be charged separately.
Shipping Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
- on account or by credit card
- CHF 3.00 postage and packaging for up to approx. 7 singles, payable within 10 days
- CHF 10.00 postage for small parcels, payable within 10 days
- Free shipping from CHF 50.00
- Vinylhits reserves the right to deliver large orders and rarities only against prepayment.
International shipping:
Postage and packaging will be charged according to the size of the order. Delivery only against prepayment (PostFinance; credit card). Any transfer fees are borne by the buyer. The buyer has the choice between normal or registered shipping.
All prices on the website (vinylhits.com) are exclusive of shipping costs.
If certain items are currently unavailable for larger deliveries, shipping can be delayed until the order is complete. If individual items are no longer available, the overpaid amount can be credited or refunded.
The singles displayed on the website (vinylhits.com) are non-binding sample representations. Deviations in color and design may occur in the delivered goods compared to the representation on the website (vinylhits.com).
Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods via e-mail (info@vinylhits.com).
Damaged records will be taken back and, once they have arrived at Vinylhits, will be compensated with a real replacement. If a record is no longer available, its amount will be credited to the next order or refunded. An exchange due to dissatisfaction is excluded.
Non-acceptance
Should a Vinylhits shipment not be collected or returned by the buyer, the shipment can be redelivered by post a second time at the buyer's request. The resulting additional postage costs will be charged to the buyer.
Applicable Law
The business activities of Vinylhits are based exclusively on Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction and performance is Zug.
