General

For the terms and conditions between the customer and vinylhits, these apply in their version valid to the order.

Conclusion of contract

The contract between the customer and vinylhits is made by an order of the customer. The customer’s order is made online by completing the order form provided on the internet by vinylhits.com with the order the customer accepts the general terms and conditions.

All items are offered in Swiss Francs (CHF)

Shipping, Prices, Terms of Payment

Shipping usually takes place via Swiss Post. If delivery via a parcel service provider is desired, the buyer will bear these additional costs.

The risk of a lost, unregistered consignment is borne by the buyer.

If there is a default of payment, vinylhits is entitled to charge 5% default interest in addition to the reminder costs. Vinylhits reserves the right to block customers and, if necessary, to take the legal route.

If you pay by credit card, the card will be charged only upon delivery of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the load will be charged separately for each consignment.

CHF 7.00 postage for small packages, payable within 10 days

Vinylhits reserves the right to deliver large orders and rarities only against advance payment.

International shipping:

Postage and packaging will be charged according to the scope of the order. Delivery only against advance payment (PostFinance; credit card). Any transfer fees will be charged to the buyer. The buyer has the choice between normal or registered shipping.

All prices on the page (vinylhits.com) are exclusive of shipping costs.

If certain items are currently not available for larger deliveries, you can wait until your order is complete. If individual items should no longer be available, the overpaid amount of money can be credited or refunded.

The singles shown on the page (vinylhits.com) are non-binding sample representations. There may be deviations in colour and motif in the delivered goods compared to the presentation on the page (vinylhits.com).

Complaints

Complaints must be communicated via e-mail ([email protected]) within 48 hours after receipt of the goods.

Damaged records are taken back and, once they have arrived at vinylhits, paid off with real replacement. If a record is no longer available, the amount will be credited at the next order or refunded. An exchange because of not liking is excluded.

Non-acceptance

If a shipment by vinylhits should not be picked up or returned by the buyer, the shipment can be sent to the customer a second time by post. The resulting additional postage costs will be charged to the buyer.

Applicable law

The business activities of vinylhits are based exclusively on Swiss law.

Place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Zug.
